Shipping -

US and International customers - We ship Monday through Friday

Please note that I DO NOT stock any of the items I sell on my website - EACH item is handmade when ordered. I personally make every item I sell except the retractable leashes - I don't out-source any work. Each item is made with the utmost attention to detail and with durability in mind. So please note that it may take 10-15 business days to fill your order.

our lead-time is generaly 15 to 20 business days. (apx 3 to 4 weeks) Thank you for all your support and your patience while I sew your orders!

USA - Rate includes shipping and handling

  • Each item is $1.85 - First Class Mail - includes delivery confirmation
  • Insurance is included on all USA orders over $100.00   

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Slovenia, Denmark, and Switzerland -  These are currently the only countries we ship to outside of the USA. If you live in a country not listed but would like to purchase from us contact us at the email address below and we will set up shipping for your country in our check-out.

  • Postage rates are based on all shipments being sent via  Priority Mail
  • Canada we can ship up to 3 items for $10.00USD
  • All other countries indicated above we can ship up to 3 items to you for $12.00USD
  • For quantities over 3 items please note that we will contact you prior to shipment to make arrangements for the balance of the shipping costs.

Return Policy -

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt you may return the item(s) for refund or exchange. Delivery confirmation is required on all returns – this protects you and I both.


Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipment date with original receipt and all merchandise tags attached and any original packaging must be included and intact. All returned merchandise must be in "as-new" condition. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase only after the original items has been received by Retro-Pet. We do not reimburse for shipping and handling charges. We require that all returns be shipped with USPS delivery confirmation so we may track your item’s return.
