Retro-Pet can be reached via the email address below. All emails will be answered Monday through Friday within 24 to 48 hours. The exception to this is during ultra busy times it may take mean additional few days to get back with you. Retro-Pet is not available to answer questions during weekends or legal holidays.
If you have a question with regard to the status of your order PLEASE remember that I require a minimum of 15-20 business days to process all orders. From time to time during extremely busy times this time frame may exceed this time frame. Any exception to this is always posted on my home page. This may seem like a long time to wait for an order - but I receive apx 10 to 25 orders per day and some of those orders may take as long as an hour to an hour and a half to sew. Given that I am only able to sew for 5 to 6 hours per day, rushing doesn't always mean quality workmanship. I would rather take the time needed to create a sturdy well made product so that you and your pooch are happy with the end result.
Retro-Pet is located in Florida - during hurricane season we may be required to evacuate due to a hurricane or close down to due to tropical storms and power outages.
